Introduction

Guidance & Rules
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, we ask that you:
Notify us as soon as possible via the contact method listed below.
Provide a detailed description of the vulnerability and the steps required to reproduce it.
Give us a reasonable amount of time to resolve the issue before making any information public.
Do not exploit the vulnerability (e.g., by downloading more data than necessary to demonstrate the flaw, accessing other players’ accounts, or deleting data).
Out-of-Scope Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks.
Social engineering or phishing of our developers, moderators, or players.
Physical attacks against our offices or server infrastructure.
Our Commitment
If you follow these guidelines when reporting an issue, we commit to:
Acknowledging receipt of your report.
Not pursuing legal action against you.
Notifying you once the vulnerability has been resolved.
